EXL Collaborates with Coupa for Automated Source-to-Pay System
FREMONT, CA: EXL, a provider of business process solutions and Coupa, cloud-based spend optimization solutions, announced a strategic partnership that will provide organizations with the flexibility and efficiency of a fully automated, technology-enabled source-to-pay system, as reported by THE WALL STREET JOURNAL.
With this partnership EXL will be allowed to become a licensed Coupa administrator, enabling the company to deliver enhanced secure-to-pay solutions across its finance and accounting operations. The new capabilities will help increase control over purchasing, foster better supplier communication, support negotiated savings and allow more time to engage in more strategic activities.
"Through our partnership with Coupa, we will continue to help our clients drive sustainable and more transformative improvements into their procurement operations," said Anup Kumar, Senior Vice President & Business Head of Operations Consulting and Product Development for EXL. "This flexible approach to streamlining functionality will support better business decision making and ensure a greater level of accuracy and consistency of information."
EXL's services are structured around insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, transportation and travel industries. The addition of Coupa's cloud-based solutions into EXL's proprietary Business EXLerator Framework delivery model will bring clients a new category of applications to help them leverage information technology to optimize their spending.
"This partnership is about combining at a deeper level our strengths in both process and technology to make our clients more successful," said Roger Goulart, Vice President of Alliances at Coupa. "Clients can expect immediate benefits from this partnership in addition to the real innovation that we'll drive together with EXL going forward."
